We started in 2011 with a sample room, a phone, and a simple offer: send us what your channel needs, and we will make Shantou's scale work like a single well-run factory. More than a decade later, that offer hasn't changed — only the range behind it has grown to 2,000+ active SKU references across eight categories.

The cluster we call home

The Shantou toy industry grew out of family workshops molding plastic toys by hand in the 1980s. Forty years on, the same district molds, injects, prints, assembles and packs toys at a scale no other place on earth matches: mold shops, material suppliers, electronics houses, printing and packaging — all within a short drive. Output across the cluster exceeds RMB 50 billion a year, reaching buyers in more than 140 countries.

We think a buyer should not need to learn all of that from scratch. Our job is to know it for you: which lines run RC trucks without rework, which plant finishes baby-safe silicone properly, which packaging house prints a color box that survives a container, and what a realistic ship window looks like in the season you're buying for.

How we work with factories

We don't pretend every SKU comes from one factory, and we don't resell whatever anyone offers. For each project we match the product to a partner line by what it does best — molding quality, assembly discipline, material handling — then run the order through our own process: quotation with case-pack and MOQ direction, sample approval, artwork and packaging confirmation, incoming and in-line inspections, final random inspection, and factory-side loading against the booking.

When something goes wrong — and in forty years of industry history, something always does — we fix it on the ground. A color batch drifting off standard gets re-matched before assembly; a late carton print gets re-sequenced against the vessel. Our buyers see problems with solutions attached, not surprises at discharge port.

What we believe

• A quote should be buildable. Price means nothing without MOQ, case pack, documents and a ship window. We quote all of it or say which part is still open.
• Documents follow the product. US, EU and UK files are requested and reviewed against the actual SKU and destination market — never a generic certificate on a wall.
• Honesty is a service. If a licensed character needs a feasibility check, or your date needs a different route, we say so before you commit, not after.
