Yes — artwork, molds and exclusivity terms are handled in the order file before sampling begins.
Can you do full custom development?
Yes, scoped honestly. Tooling cost, timeline and risks (certification, materials, electronics) are quoted before you commit a deposit.
Who owns the mold?
Defined in the order file — typically the paying party, with maintenance and storage terms agreed in writing.
What's the minimum for private-label packaging?
Typically 1,000 pcs per color for color boxes; simpler logo-on-stock options start at stock MOQ.
