Scope. shantou-toys.com is a business-to-business presentation of Shantou-Toys' product range and trade services. It is not a consumer webstore: there is no online checkout, no consumer pricing and no stock reservation.

Quotations and orders. All prices, MOQs, case packs, lead times, freight and documents are confirmed per SKU and project in a written quotation and order confirmation. Website content is indicative and does not by itself form a contract.

Product information. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for sourcing evaluation. We correct errors when identified; minor production variations are normal in manufacturing.

Compliance. Market documents (such as ASTM F963/CPSIA/CPC, EN 71/CE, BS EN 71/UKCA) are requested and reviewed against the selected SKU and destination market. Responsibility for import, market registration and local compliance sits with the importer unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Water toys. Water and bath products are sold as play products only and are not represented as safety or rescue equipment.

Intellectual property. Site content and brand assets belong to Shantou-Toys. Product designs remain with their owners; licensed characters are only supplied where rights are confirmed.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, use of this website is at your own risk. Commercial claims are handled under the confirmed purchase order, not through this website.
