Category, market, quantity, timing; a photo or competitor link is enough. We reply with what's missing within one business day.
SKUs with case-pack direction, MOQ direction, sample route and EXW/FOB/CIF terms. Every line links to the exact reference, not a "similar item."
Stock 3–7; color or packaging 7–12; new development 12–20. Golden sample locked before bulk.
Artwork, packaging, documents and inspection checkpoints written into the quotation. What's in the file is what ships.
Incoming and in-line inspections, final random inspection, factory-side loading against the booking, loading photos to your file.
Terms & logistics
The commercial frame.
- Terms: EXW, FOB Shantou or Shenzhen; CIF quoted on request against destination and volume
- Mixed cartons: reviewed when packing allows — same material and packing condition; water, battery and RC items packed separately by standard practice
- Payment & claims: per order file; quality claims handled case-by-case under the confirmed PO
- Documents: US, EU and UK file paths requested against the SKU and destination at RFQ stage
