The four-step path
Verification before quotation, inspection before packing.
Every reference gets a definition file: materials, age grading, battery type, packaging and the destination market it will be quoted for. No file, no quotation.
Test reports and certificates scoped to the SKU, its batteries and packaging, and your market — not a factory-wide certificate that covers nothing specific.
Incoming materials, in-line assembly, final random inspection before packing release. Checkpoints are agreed at order confirmation.
Quotation, sample approval, inspection results, shipment photos and documents live in one order file. When your auditor asks, the answer is a link, not a search.

- A factory social audit is not a product safety test; we keep the two separate in every file
- Third-party testing arranged against the golden sample where the market requires
- Water toys are play products — nothing in our range is positioned as safety or rescue equipment
Compliance Q&A
Do your toys have CE / EN 71 certification?
Files are requested per SKU and market, and reviewed before approval. If a reference holds current EN 71 files for your scope, we share them in the RFQ stage; if not, we say so and quote the testing path instead.
Can you supply CPC documents for the US market?
CPC is issued against a tested SKU with proper traceability. We confirm which references hold current files and what a new test would add in time and cost.
Who does the testing?
Producing-plant reports are the baseline; where the market or your program requires, we arrange third-party testing against the golden sample.
What happens if an inspection fails?
The report states the findings; rework or re-inspection is scheduled against your ship window, and you see the follow-up report — not a verbal 'it's fine.'
Can I visit or hire my own inspector?
Both are welcome. Showroom visits year-round; third-party inspections coordinated with the line schedule.
